They're programmed to, for instance, perhaps disqualify every fifth "conservative" or "green" ballot as "spoiled". They're programmed to produce votes for the ruling party that were never cast. If you're on the voters list, and don't vote, these machines know it, and cast your ballot for you, of course favoring their own side.
Every Tuesday and Friday, lotto max sells tens of millions of tickets nationwide. Within SIX hours of the draw, they know how many tickets were sold, where they were sold, who sold the winning ticket, how many tickets won, how many subsidary prizes....everything! There is never a reason for a "recount" in the lottery.
But in a federal election, using voting tabulation machines, it usually takes weeks before the final tally is determined. They're connected to the web, same as the lottery. Why does it take so long? Simple answer....They're cheating! And that takes time to invent the desired result.
Don't bother trying to figure this all out by yourself. Teams of computer geniuses and skilled hackers, led and employed by groups like The World Economic Forum (where Trudeau and Freeland just attended) set up these systems to be so complex and confusing that it becomes practically impossible for anyone to figure out what in the heck is going on here.
