Interesting that the "struggling" are more likely to support a conservative point of view. While those doing better are more likely supporting liberal perspectives ie,, college grads, who obsess about pronouns, environment, gender issues, and racial identity, while their fellow citizens who are of necessity concerned with food and shelter, fall off the map. This completely flips the traditional left wing sense of congratulatory superiority over class issues. They have become the oppressor.

35% of the workforce in BC belongs to the public sector. They are going to support the NDP/Liberals for sure because they are smart enough to know that only about 10% of them are needed. Six figure salaries, working (sort of, maybe) from home, every other Friday off. They don't give a rats ass about the poor. They care about the issues surrounding the poor because it keeps them on the taxpayers tit.
Blacklocks reporting today about the feds being duped out of millions from contractors double billing over a period of 4 years. Jagmeet will sound off about it tomorrow, a day after the NDP voted in confidence of the Liberals. How does Gord even look in the mirror let alone support this government? Or maybe the NDP forced the government to do it!
Our government has created what's known as a population trap which normally only happens in 3rd world countries. The government has let too many people enter the country and they are unable to service them. What results is lower standard of living for all of us. Medical services have suffered, housing costs have increased and our entire way of life is not what is use to be. The worst part is the government was warned years ago that these will be the results of their policies. The laws of unintended consequences are rampant in Canada right now and Tofino is about to jump on that same bus. Only problem is.....we don't have a driver on the bus.

If you want others to seriously read your posts you might not want to be so vacuous. If you do not fill in the blanks are you not opening the door to misinterpretation and heaven forbid "unintended consequence".
One unintended consequence that I'm seeing is an unwillingness of law-enforcement to enforce the law and protect the populace especially in areas of rampant immigration. Provincially the idealists have halted any sort of resource extraction i.e. logging which produces the lumber to build the nonexistent houses for all these immigrants. I don't see where Ottawa is going to get the wood either unless you import it from the United States - which is like bringing coal to Newcastle. Yet the liberals say they're pushing ahead with Housing..........
I agree. Seems the gov'ts want housing but not the economic activity it takes to produce it. Resource extraction as you point out. But I am not sure that is an unintended consequence or simply a direct result of policies to inhibit production. Ie, those in power don't want to increase resource extraction. To them it is inherently bad....one might even say inherently evil as it is against their fundamental core beliefs about what is bad and what is good.
It is hard to argue core beliefs with religious fanatics. Then again I believe you need to do what is necessary, I guess that is more aligned with my core beliefs but I am prepared to discuss it.

Yesterday the provincal NDP announces that they'll be funding invitro fertilization and then today the federal NDP announce they have a great new deal funding contraception. Your tax dollars at work. Really!! Hey, you can't make this stuff up.
I’m sure hoping Eby brings in squatters rights similar to those that have been established in New York and California. There are a lot of nice shacks sitting empty in this area that could present a great opportunity for those without a home.
