The water feature in front of the shore is part of the wonderful upgrading of Main Street. If you don't understand art you probably don't understand the polka dots either. Highbrow art wasted on us heathens who just think its a leaky pipe.

It rains 12'a year in Tofino. It should not be considered a precious resource here. Build more storage for dryer summer months...Simple.
Need to hire an army of consultants first !
Yes hire the consultants so that they can figure out where the water is coming from in the middle of the road in front of the Shore building.
I think it’s coming from Meares Island.
I mean....it’s caused by climate change....
Maybe we'll run out this year and the tourists will get sent home again.
