Yew Wood court date announced !!
November 14,2011 has been announced as the court date for Yew Wood Properties vs. Braden Smith,Robert Bremner and the District of Tofino. While I was investigating this case I ran across another District of Tofino case....this one is District of Tofino vs. Maria Lange in Port Alberni...apparently over a disputed water bill....if anyone has case details please post a comment.....the disputed amount was under two thousand dollars...curious how much staff time has been spent on this one.....??? something to do with a broken water line or fitting.......please post a comment if you know.....thanks,ralph
