Well Ralph, that was easy reading. If anyone cares to look into those 140+ pages, you will be amazed by the District of Tofino staff's bafflegab. How are council supposed to understand and deal with all that gobble-de-gook other than rubber stamp it? They have an elephant's tail and are being dragged through a white mud pile otherwise known as a snow job. I was looking for grand announcements of huge tax cuts but didn't see any. I pity the mayor and council under the circumstances.
