good example of why there needs to be citizen scrutiny and attention paid to how district monies are spent. if nobody cares, who notices? in rosslands case somebody noticed an employee was actually authorizing himself to be paid above and beyond his salary for doing what he seems to have been paid to do already. no theft there. nope. considering the track record of the past cao in awarding himself double pay maybe its time that more attention is paid to what goes on with expenditures here in tofino.
