water rates July 20,2011

I'm still working on analysis of our water budget....at first glance it would seem that some things that could be in other budgets are being charged to the sewer and water.....these could come out of general revenue instead of sewer and water....then we would have slightly higher municipal taxes but significantly lower water rates....I will see if I can get details from previous budgets for comparison.Let me know if you have any information on this subject....thanks,Ralph
