Tourist tax....great idea. Help pay for more staff housing, not the current takeover of residential housing. Help pay for water system upgrades. Help pay for bylaw enforcement.... How many motorhomes are allowed on a residential property? How about one.
One big problem.....DOT wastes money like a 19 year old on spring break. More money to the DOT means more more staff and the mismanagement of public funds. Like.... How is that downtown pay parking working out, and where does the money go from parking at the beach....some of it goes to the summer shuttle to ....promote more tourism.....Gotcha!!!
Like they allocate how much?...was it30- $40,000? to be given out as grants for socially correct causes... many of which promote the image of the town and ...tourism.
Has DOT installed coin operated showers at the beach? How much of your water runs out into the parking lot gravel from free endless
