What happened to the tsunami debris ? Seems we're left with a different kind of wreckage.

Move your cursor over the dot on Vancouver Island. Up pops up Mayor Schmunk. Perry's made national headlines. Are we really supposed to listen to anything he says? No.......!

I'll be glad when the sordid Schmunk/Smith chapter of Tofino history comes to an end.

3:21, A bunch of people will be glad. There's an even bigger chapter that needs to end. Unfortunatly, the damage will have already been done. How do we reverse it?

I find it sad that CAO s and Mayors can make poor choices and the tax payer is left with the bill, while CAOs and mayors simply resign and move on to other town . Wouldnt it be nice if they could be held legally responsible. We pay their big wages and they compare themselfs to CAOs of private bussiness.
However a private CAO has lots at stake for their bad chooses.

I find that article ridiculous.
Perry was Mayor for a year, and only took the position with Cactus Club in mid-September.
He put in his resignation in mid-November.
Seems a little bit much to lump him in with those others for perceived "conflict of interest", as it only took him a month to make the right decision and step down.

The right thing to do would be to honor your campaign promises and complete your mandate.Many Tofitians endure economic challenges in order to maintain residency here .The article did not mention conflict of interest with regards to Mayor Schmunk.

@3:19 - Sorry, "Professional Negligence"
I still think its an unwarranted attack.
Maybe you would have rather spent a full term behind door number 2?

8:11, If he had stood behind door number 1 instead of door number 2 he quite likely wouldn't recieve this warranted critic. "professional negligence" Hell yah!
