The man is clearly insane. These kind of policies , have only enabled drug use. Drug use has gone up and downtown crime and homelessness has increased everywhere they have been introduced. Independence, not dependence, please.
Sounds like a great solution. Gord Johns will give 'em free dope and Dan Law will give 'em a free place to live while they get high. Has anyone asked the taxpayers who'll be paying for this, or the residents who'll be living next door to these people?
So where does the government get the clean drugs to give to people? Or does the government make the drugs in which case our government becomes a drug dealer and encourages addiction. Can this be right? Or or does the government buy drugs from street dealers before they've cut them? Whatever the answers are this thing is wrong.
