xypex concrete sealant would permanently seal that in a day and all done from the outside in maybe an hour including travel time. What is a bucket of the stuff worth? $50??
hey!..... I know. let's have a water festival with a drunken six hour melee on Main Street culminating in a March up to the leaking water tank where everyone gets a torch( or in the case of a seasonal campfire ban - a flashlight) and marches in a flaming circle around the tank 10 times ending in a big yell of FIX IT!
5:08 does not know Xypex and how it works. I've used it multiple times and stopped water coming through concrete cracks where there was water pressure on the other side. Amazing stuff. It does not have to be applied on the inside to work.

Better hire a consultant.
Just fix the tank.

Any pictures of the leak on the weekend? I hear that one pretty much drained the tank!
Hey Ralph just aheads up xypex will not work unless the tank is drained and the product is applied from the inside.
