BC By-elections
Looks like NDP have taken both seats-Port Moody has NDP's Trasolini at 52 % with 86/132 polls reporting
In Chilliwack Hope the NDP's Gwen O'Mahony has 41% with 87/126 polls reporting...about 7% ahead of the Liberal vote.Conservative John Martin has conceded to the NDP....more details as available....
