Would someone please yell at the government to pay attention to what's happening here and do what they say they are going to do in regard to restricting access for unessential travel to Tofino. These guys, including our former mayor, are proving themselves to be hopeless when it comes to taking the health and welfare of this community into consideration. We probably already knew that anyway.
There is an a solution to COVID - a real shutdown. But politicians of all stripes, including the former mayor, are afraid of the backlash. And so it goes.
