Ban dogs from all the west coast beaches permanently. Nobody ever puts a leash on them. People will be their next food target, in particular little kids.
7:56AM...... You betcha!! Build an off leash dog park some place and get those mongrels off the beaches!! .....Raise dog licence fees high enough to pay for the dog park and to pay for enforcement. Make non-compliance fines high enough that dog owners would rather comply.
