Fighting Tofino Council's Green Agenda

A comment on the blog suggested all they could expect from it was talk.I took this to heart and decided to clean a couple of signs.Using organic apple vinegar and a scrub brush made from hemp with a value added wood product handle I set about the task.Travel time included it took less than five minutes with a materials cost of about 15 cents. A passerby suggested that the growth on the signs was part of Council's green agenda........

without anybodys consent here you have destroyed old growth.

It starts with a sign and the next thing you know there will be logic in city hall. Please stop ! We need consultants to analyze these situations before action is taken.

Each sign is its own unique ecosystem within the Clayoquot Biosphere and should be preserved for future generations.

I was concerned that the invasive species on the signs were going to contaminate nearby sensitive riparian zones ( ditch ) .
