Some would consider this an underhanded, slimy, sneaky, political trick. That's because it is, this election holds no potential benefits for the people of BC, only for the NDP. What else would you expect from a government composed of dishonest, deceptive pieces of work like Josie Osborne?
Premier David Eby announced the government is delaying the PST expansion that was set to hit Oct. 1, just before he called the election. But the tax is only “paused through temporary regulation” so the government is still planning on expanding the PST. And the government’s own numbers say that this tax expansion will cost taxpayers more than $500 million per year.
You can be sure that the cartels are using all their influence to ensure an NDP win. Keeping their west coast trans-national smuggling routes open and the fentanyl labs operating are vital to them, another four years of unimpeded needles, drugs, and poverty government will make them billions.
It all helps create a big city vibe. Homeless drug addicts line the streets while 21 year olds drive super cars down them. Both are the driving forces of BC’s economy at present.
I have to laugh. Eby is bragging about how many healthcare workers that he has been able to bring up out of the states on the same day that the media is headlining news about how many healthcare workers are being abused working in the system. Making less, paying more to live and getting punched out. Where do I apply!
Eby is "standing up for Canada". He's going to protect us from the bad orange man. 18 months ago Canada elected a different guy, who was going to "handle" Trump. The bullsh*t worked for Carney. The voters of BC will see through Eby. There is no threat from Trump, the threat is our own government.
