So, some guy comes along and tries to "buy" a piece of District land out of council....a well used public laneway....... and Baert and Blanchette actually want to "refer it to staff"? Can they not make such a simple decision on their own? (IT'S NOT FOR SALE!!) This is the type of leadership we have? Thankfully, others on council voted to oppose them. Let's sell Main St, between First and Second, and turn it into an offshore parking lot. See if Dorothy can come up with an answer to that proposal.

Strange that district staff would mistake "321" for "421" (that's what it says on the posted agenda). Must be the same person that looks after the water billing.

321 Main street, not 421 main street.... maybe that is where the problem is? It is a rock face that extends only 30 meters x 4 meters.
do you feel enlightened... probably not. The land is inaccessible and could provided revenue to the DOT for some much needed projects like housing
