Draft budget will be presented by staff...... Mayor and council will sit, obediently, as staff tells them what to think, and how to act....... Council will rubber stamp budget. Meeting will adjourn. Gala celebration will be held, afterward, in staff lounge, to celebrate one more year of low work and high pay. Taxpayers will not participate.
