    Consultants are cleaning up....Town has an obligation to pay these super rents.....Right?

  4. And knowing that their commie laws will put many of these houses on the market, they have conveniently increased capital gains. Inflation offsets any real gains realized on the investment, but you get taxed on the inflation. Brilliant really. Game show Gord, "Bring another one down"

  5. Someone told me their best day they had 40 riders for the day. some being kids and babies, who ride free. Hate to say it but that wont even begin to cover the fuel... if that number is indicative we are in for massive tax increases.....Please tell me I got the decimal place wrong and the actual number of riders is 400 paying customers per day. That might just be the break even point.
