  1. The solution is obvious. The premier has an experienced capable minister available to tackle this housing crisis, all he needs to do is appoint her. Josie would have this situation resolved and be ready to move on to her next portfolio with a few months.

  2. Josie would declare 90% of all Vancouver single family homes henceforth to be allowed to be dormitories. the problem isn't not enough houses; there's not enough people living in them. that way all of the underhoused students of life and their families would have a room made for them. SRO. that'll work

  4. As of January 31st, it will be easier to get crack cocaine, heroin or crystal meth in Vancouver, than it will to be to get a plastic straw. It will not be long before their elected officials will vote in favor of providing all new comers with a tent and sleeping bag. Affordable housing has never been about the homeless. It is about the tranfer of wealth from the middle class to the rich, facilitated by governments on every level.

  5. I’m super excited. I move into my new subsidized home on Feb 1st. Lucky for me, the day before hard drugs will no longer be be a criminal offence for having small amounts. As such, I am having a house warming party starting on Feb 3rd. Everyone is welcome, but to enter you need to show proof of 2.5 grams of heroin, crack, meth or fentanyl. Please note: plastic straws, long guns, and opinions will not be allowed. Handguns and gender must remain concealed.
