when the smoke clears - if it ever does - from the catalyst affordable housing plan and we discover the district gave away millions to catalyst as well as paid enormous sums for unecessary management etc will someone be held responsible? like someone in the NDP government?
It's your money. These gov't appointees reward themselves handsomely for little to no accomplishment. and piss the rest away. You are the best manager of your money. Gov' should open the housing system up. Foster competition. If there is money to be made,(there is plenty of demand, material and expertise) lots of housing will be constructed. When and where did this system of government control and monopoly ever work.
