And remember the wonderful affordable housing scheme which doesn't have any component for seniors. so when you're elderly and don't want to leave the community you are just shit out of luck. get lost.

Affordable housing, for those less fortunate, comes pet friendly, with a built in dishwasher. Poverty is a horrible thing.

I don't think we have heard the full story on why these folks were unable to pay their rents.

Some folks who have the means, end up in disarray because of bad habits and bad decision making. Some just don't have the income. Hard to imagine renting in the first place to someone who has no visible means of support and expecting them to pay. Something happened along the way. The Manager says he was unable to publicly discuss the specifics of individual cases but would do so with the individuals involved.
