Scott Fraser is much like Waldo. You can't find him. In his time as a MLA, the only discussions I can remember him speaking too are saving the caves and back road access. Surely this constituency has more pressing matters.
Scott Fraser. Can't find him cause there is nobody home.....The Peter principle in the flesh. Unfortunately' in this riding, you could just about put an imbecile on a bicycle and have him ride around to get elected. Sad
