agreed tofino uses the name biosphere as an excuse to not be responsible for there actions. but franchises are bad and making voteing age younger is good. grow up.
With water restrictions in place how is it the DOT can water their gardens along Campbell St. while no one else in town can? Setting a really good example1
What about the District allowing the extension of the outside sitting area of the Wolf in the Fog,I guess the pedestrians can walk out in traffic where the big trucks park. Hope all other business apply for the same thing!
