The Committee of the Whole recommends to Council THAT Council table the proposed Rezoning Text Amendment to allow Short Term Rentals at the Shore until such time as the amenities from the 2006-2007 rezoning process have been completed and the applicant has met with the CAO to discuss amenities.
(2) Resolution No. COW-16-11 The Committee of the Whole recommends to Council THAT the report from the Manager of Community Sustainability dated 2011-February-10 regarding Development Permit Application for Lot 1, District Lot 261, Clayoquot District, Plan VIP53757, Except That Part in Plan VIP17287, be received for information and discussion.
