19% of them work 100% from home and 31% work a hybrid model allowing them to work from home 3 days per week. Hopefully Doerkson has a bit of Milei in him.

Do we have a number for how many carry the big rolls of red tape and put it all over anything that needs expedience or efficiency to stop/delay/obstruct/ it from happening?

Of course there's nothing like this going on in the D O T office. Tofino's 2400 residents really need the herd grazing at the corner of third and Campbell.

All levels of government are vastly overstaffed, especially office and administrative positions. Ask your mayor and councillors about this. If they tell you otherwise, they're lying to you.

Here on the wet coast we like to think of ourselves as predominately left wing. Strong environmental and social justice concerns. Socialists, the community pulls together for the betterment of all. Working together, sharing the burdens and the benefits. It's a great way of having things, we should probably do more of it. Socialism.
We've been conned into believing that being a good citizen means falling in line with the narrative that our government is a part of this "socialism". Don't be fooled. They're looking out for themselves, not you.

There's another method. It's called communism. The government does everything. Government bureaucrats rule. They also tend to live in luxury. Best jobs, in a communist regeime, are in government. The "public servants" live better than the public! There's no accountability, no consequenses for failure or corruption, a special set of rules and laws, a maze of regulations and excuses. Only government approved projects move forward.

You may think that you're living in a democracy. Possibly you are. Good luck with that.
